Co-Founder of Open 2 Suggestion, Stacey Rivera is a 30-year construction industry professional turned consultant, integrative coach, mentor, workforce trainer, and workshop facilitator.

Leaning into her true nature of caring for others, Stacey has this ability to uncritically listen and engage in a confidential exchange with her clients, making her a great resource for integrative coaching and mentoring. Because she respects other people's model of the world, she believes every person is doing the best they can with the resources they have at any given time. And sometimes, they just need some guidance to create more resourceful patterns and strategies.

Through thoughtful coaching and open dialogue, Stacey offers clients a resource they can trust to guide them toward the successful achievement of their desired outcome.

She coaches with a results-oriented mindset where clients can learn to open their minds to new perspectives and find the drive within them, leading to a fun and exciting future filled with happiness.

With her extensive experience as a construction professional, Stacey learned very early in her career the importance of interpersonal skills on project teams. She found that even though projects may have successfully achieved their budget and schedule goals, the measurement of success was often based on the personal experience the team had along the way.

In her experience, she found that when there was a presence of trust, transparency, respectful and effective communication, the interpersonal relationships built along the way led to an enjoyable experience and a shared success story.

So, what exactly caused Stacey to make the change from Project Executive to Co-Founder of Open 2 Suggestion?

The truth is what started out as a perceived retirement from the industry, was the beginning of a very new chapter in Stacey’s career. It became the time where she invested in an extensive education that taught her how to listen and communicate effectively and provide impactful mentoring and coaching to people seeking to make significant changes in their life.

Every new concept she learned, she found herself having this “Aha” moment where she wished she knew these strategies 30 years ago and thought, what a positive difference it would make in the careers of her industry peers.

As Stacey looked back on her industry experience, there were many instances of miscommunications, misunderstandings, human errors made, insecurities around her skillset, fears of failing, limiting beliefs around what success looked like, unresourceful states, unrealistic expectations to know all things, uncomfortable situations, and internal conflicts related to which patterns and strategies were expected as opposed to what were more aligned with her values.

What Stacey learned is that this is more universal with people in their respective professions than she originally thought...

As a board certified Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP, Stacey Rivera offers integrative coaching, mentoring, workforce training, and facilitating workshops focused on teaching others the strategies and patterns to master the art of:

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, 30 Hour OSHA Training, A Certificate of Management in Lean Construction from the AGC, and a Certificate of Health Care Construction from ASHE, Stacey Rivera brings a wealth of knowledge to the construction industry.
